Dr. Richa Uppal is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with deep roots in Portland, OR. Prior to starting her solo medicine practice in 2025, she spent over 15 years as a physician-partner at the Portland Clinic providing care to her patients, and establishing long-standing relationships, both personal and professional, within the Portland community. She received a Masters of Clinical Research from Oregon Health & Science University, researching and publishing work on Hepatitis C and hepatocellular carcinoma. She is a member of the American College of Physicians.

Richa brings her years of experience and training to each patient, combining in-depth discussion of each patient’s concerns with the latest medical testing, techniques and science available to create an actionable health plan.

Outside of work, Richa is an abstract artist with an active art studio, and enjoys camping, skiing, travel and an active lifestyle.
